Il Chiassale - farm house

Typical farm situated in a commanding position, surrounded by woods and grape vines. The farmhouse design is typical of the area and built of local stone. Four comfortable and fully independent apartments have been formed out of the very old hay barn. They are complete with refined furnishings, modern and autonomous heating, fireplace and satellite TV.

Each apartment has its own outdoor space furnished with tables and chairs, and in addition they share a common yard with pool, tennis, lounge chairs, umbrellas and gazebo, as well as outdoor barbecue and wood-burning oven for pizza and outdoor cooking.

Description of the apartments:

"Spiga": 80 sq. meters – 2 bedrooms (1 with two twins, 1 with double bed) – 2 baths – kitchen-living area with armchair-bed and fireplace.	Minimum stay: 1 week from June to September 2 nights in other periods
"Covone": 70 sq. meters – 2 bedrooms (1 with two twins, 1 with double bed) – 1 bath – large kitchen-living area with sofabed and fireplace.
"Granaio": 67 sq. meters - 2 bedrooms (1 with two twins, 1 with double bed)- 2 baths - kitchen-living area with fireplace.	Pool: open from June to 20 September
"Lollaia": 125 sq. meters - sleeps total of 8+2 – 4 bedrooms (1 with two twins, 2 with double bed, 1 with double bed and private bath) – 2 baths – dining room with fireplace and sofabed – cooking corner.

Historic farmhouse situated within a working farm which produces top notch wines, excellent olive oil and various fruit and vegetables.
	The completely independent apartment consists of two spacious rooms with double bed, two baths and living-kitchen area with sofabed and fireplace. As each room has its own entrance, it is possible to let a single room with or without use of the kitchen. Shelter for horses available.
